Think of it like a pop-up shop or trunk show… but better. Here’s what to expect:
(1) We are fit experts. Stylists understand our size chart, have experience styling clients in every single size from 00 to 40, and have worked with every body type.
(2) We are style experts. Stylists are familiar with fabrics, cuts, and details because we work closely with the design team, and wear the styles ourselves.
(3) Not sure which size to buy from US? We’ll help you figure it out!
(4) Make a list of what you need. We LOVE lists. If there’s something you want or something you’ve always wanted to try… we might have just the thing. Add everything to a list or, just ask!
(5) Your stylist will pick pieces for you. We will pull things that you may not have asked for. Trust the process. We want you to have some fun. Trying something you wouldn’t have picked for yourself can be a delightful surprise.
(6) You may have to share. This is a community experience, so you may have to share a mirror and/or a stylist. Don’t worry, we're great at multitasking, and all of our customers are as wonderful as you. You might make a new friend!
(7) Your appointment will last about one hour. We want to learn about you and what you’re looking for, and provide you with a tailored selection of styles to choose from.
(8) This is your chance to try before you buy! We’ll have a diverse and curated selection of our most popular categories to try on: classic styles, seasonal essentials, and some US on Tour exclusive products.
(9) You won’t need a bag. Anything you decide to purchase is shipped! FAST and FREE to your home.
(10) We will honor promotions. Any deals and discounts on the site are available with US on Tour. We accept codes, too. If you have one, bring it with you!
When you see that we’re coming to your city, simply book an appointment and we’ll assign a stylist to assist you and prepare a dressing room with styles we think you’ll love. If you’re unsure of your size, our stylists will help you find your perfect fit. You’re welcome to come solo or invite a friend to make an appointment so you can shop together!
