What is US on Tour?

Think of it like a pop-up shop or trunk show… but better. Our team of expert stylists is currently traveling all across the country, making stops at some of our favorite cities, 

to show off our latest collections and meet you in person. 

We’ll host intimate, appointment-only shopping experiences in chic Airbnbs (or our New York showroom, when we’re home), where you’re invited to meet US, make new friends, and try on some new pieces plus our greatest hits. 

When you see that we’re coming to your city, 

simply book an appointment and we’ll assign a stylist to assist you and prepare a dressing room with styles we think you’ll love. If you’re unsure of your size, our stylists will help you find your perfect fit. You’re welcome to come solo or bring a friend!

I love US on Tour because… it’s an exciting adventure. I love showcasing my style and finding ways to personalize pieces for our customers. Hearing, "OH I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT!" is a great feeling.

How long does the appointment last?
We try to keep each styling appointment to about an hour, so that you have enough time to try on everything you’d like before the next hour of appointments begins.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Absolutely—just pick a group appointment when selecting your slot! We also very much encourage our Universal Standard loyalists to bring new customers that have never experienced US with you to your appointment and introduce them to the brand. It’s a great opportunity for them to understand their size and try on a mix of best sellers and new arrivals with the support of an expert stylist.
Are there costs associated with the appointment?
There are no additional costs outside of your order—the only cost is for the items you choose to purchase at the end of your appointment.
Will my appointment be totally private?
Whether you come with friends, family, or shop solo, you’ll be working 1:1 with a stylist, but there will be other customers in the space during your appointment time. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others in the community and see styles on other people!
Can I take the pieces I want to purchase with me after my appointment?
Because there will only be samples on hand, you won’t be able to take anything you purchase with you when you leave. Your stylist will work with you to decide which pieces you’d like to order at the end of your appointment—taking into account colors, outfitting, and availability—and brand new pieces will ship directly to you.
Can I select styles to try on ahead of time?
Yes! We encourage you to let US know in your appointment sign-up form if there are any items you’re interested in trying on. If we have the pieces on hand, our team will pull them into your dressing room and help you style them!
What if I don’t know my size or I’m in between sizes?
Not a problem! Our stylists will help you figure out what size you should be buying in Universal Standard during your appointment.
