"I also tried these on at a trunk show & fell in love with the fit! Dress pants are VERY hard for me to come by that fit in all the right places and then also fall/sit appropriately off my mid-section. Usually either too tight around the waist and upper thigh or too loose and clingy at calf. These fit just snug enough at the waist (usual size or perhaps size down if between sizes?) to not fall off but also still let the pant leg fall nicely. These are pull-on not button/zipper. They are SO COMFORTABLE I couldn't bring myself to return them even if they are considerably more $ money than I'd prefer to spend. I only have 2 pairs of dress pants though and these are also fun fashion to dress up a night out to dinner without wearing a dress with the bit of "satin" at the cuff. The outside is linen and the inside is the cupro-silk-like breathable fabric. Ultimately I felt like I was wearing luxury pajamas with the look of a dress pant."
