Order not Shipped. Replacement Damaged.
"First of all, my order was not even shipped and I had to call customer service. Once they found the order, the color I wanted was gone. They shipped my second choice with an apology and a discount. When the coat arrived it fit great, but the inside left seam wasn't even sewn and I was looking at filling and lining. I reached out to customer service once again, to no avail. That was a month ago. I have been buying from US since the beginning, in person, in their NYC fashion house even. The design quality and craftspersonship has gone down, not to mention the customer service. I think I’ll take a break from US."

"Very comfortable, great features like the two-way zip, fleece lined pockets (didn’t realize how much I would like that); the zip for the hood is well conceived. It was slightly longer than I was looking for but bought it anyway because of the plaid! That said it runs large: I bought the small and if I hadn’t got it on deep sale (and if I were better about exchanging things) I might be exchanging it for the XS."

"Perfect parka for winter in Chicago. I’m branching out and attempting to wear color. I bought caramel puffer to go with boots the same color. I feel put together (that never happens). I had to order a size smaller and in process of returning the larger size. If return goes as planned, I’ll be so happy!!!!"

"Well, thanks to you, I 'won' this marvelous jacket. In one week, I've worn it in rain and shine, wind and snow. . I've had several. compliments, but most of all, it's the warmest, most comfy jacket that I've ever owned. In this Thanksgiving week, I must say thanks, Universal Standard. BTW, I'm not someone who wears plaid, usually, but I've grown accustomed to it."
