"It may be unfair for me to review this dress. I got it as a mystery product, and I wish I could return it. It does not suit me in any way. It's solid black (which I try to avoid), clingy, and it makes me feel extremely self-conscious. I think the Mystery Product program needs to be tweaked to take each customer's preferences into account. A questionnaire would help. Basically I paid to take excess inventory off of Universal Standard's hands, and now I'm stuck with something I cannot use."

"All pieces in the Mystery box were great. High quality, nice material, and honestly, are pieces I would not have normally purchased for myself but I'm happy they're in my closet now. :) My only criticism is that there was a piece that was outerwear. Usually I would have ordered a size larger if I had known there was a possibility of a jacket/coat being included. Because of this, the most expensive and luxurious piece in the collect does not fit great and cannot be returned/exchanged for a different size"

"This was a final sale mystery item. While I selected a size I have fit in before, the delivered item ended up being too large. So it doesn’t fit and I can’t return or exchange it. I wish I had known if the mystery item would have been a top or a bottom item so I could have been more precise with the selected size."
