Fit Liberty Terms + Conditions

Fit Liberty is a revolutionary shopping program that allows you to buy for the size you are right now, in this moment. If your size changes within one (1) year of purchase from your order date, you will be eligible for one (1) size exchange outside of the standard thirty (30) day return period. Valid Fit Liberty products can be found within the Fit Liberty Collection page and will be identified on the PDP. Sizes and styles are limited and offer is valid on current inventory only. No rainchecks will be provided.

To process the one-time Fit Liberty exchange, you must select a new size within the returns portal. Customers will need to complete an exchange by mail or my visiting a Happy Returns bar location. Fit Liberty exchanges only be mailed via U.S. mail within the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia.  International customers can purchase items within the collection but are excluded from exchanges.  If at the time of purchase, products are marked Final Sale or included in Denim Drive, products are excluded from the Fit Liberty program.
