"The fabric was a good weight, the cut was flattering, and the fit was fine. I was not pleased with a slight discoloration of the fabric right in the center of the chest, but this was not a dealbreaker. The workmanship, however, was. The stitching was sloppy and irregular; some stitches were tight, others not. There was no reinforcement at the pockets and the hem was, in places, frayed. I expect better quality for $178. This was my first and last purchase from Universal Standard."

weird fit

"The fit is really weird on this, I followed the sizing on the website, but it is way too big across the middle of the bust. The shaping for the bust is so far to the outside of my beasts that I could take 4 inches out of that panel and it would fit. I wear it at home, because it is comfortable, but I won't wear it in public."

Shapeless

"I didn't love this dress. I was excited about the flowy silhouette, but it ended up being too shapeless for my body type (5'7, 205 lbs). Maybe a size smaller than my usual would've been better, but I'm not interested in trying that. I expected more of a swing dress silhouette, if that makes sense."

"The quality of this dress is great. I like the length and the cut of this dress. While I typically will not wear sleeveless, I think this with a sweater or jean jacket will work for more casual summer office wear."
